G. Manoli Loupassi: Make sure that we keep our taxes low and our regulatory system reasonable, in that way, we are attractive to businesses. The environment for doing business is critical.

G. Manoli Loupassi: All options should be available to our citizenry. There should not be a one size fits all to educating our children. Instilling competition into the educational system, if done correctly, could be beneficial.

G. Manoli Loupassi: This year, personally, I would like to see us codify the Rules of Evidence. in general, the budget, and how we address it, is going to be our primary legislative concern.

G. Manoli Loupassi: It has been my honor to serve the citizens of Central Virginia for a number of years. I pride myself in being open-minded and accessible to my constituents. I have tried to work with many different interests, to make good, common sense decisions and institute sound policies. To me, that is the job description.
